On 28 November 2019, MENARA JLAND held its grand launching ceremony which was officiated by His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, the Sultan of Johor.
Located in Johor Bahru’s city centre, this 37-storey tall office tower is a new landmark to enhance commercial value and investment appeal of the Ibrahim International Business District in its journey of transforming Johor Bahru CBD into an international business district with world class infrastructure.
During the event, the Sultan also embarked on a quick tour of MENARA JLAND’s attraction; SKYSCAPE at its observation deck. SKYSCAPE offers a range of entertainment at level 34 such as Virtual Reality games, interactive floor and the walk in the sky bridge where visitors can see the ground from 100 metres height.
MENARA JLAND was awarded as Winner for Best Office Development and Highly Commended for Best Green Development by Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) 2018 as well as Best Commercial Development by StarProperty.my Awards 2018: Jewels of Johor. The tower offers extensive office space to sale and rent with five variants. The GBI certified building is also MSC certified, adding to its worth for interested parties to own a space in the building.
